“I really need to start doing something...” is a common phrase we use to indicate our awareness that our health or wellbeing could benefit from taking action. While awareness is the first step to moving forward, there are several other questions around starting a personal wellness plan that can be challenging to navigate. With limited time, resources and changes in our motivation, how do we develop a plan that will be effective and one we can continue for a lifetime.
In our WellnessTalk, Your Whole Health Plan, presenter Bret Johnson will help fill in the steps that lead from awareness to action.
